Certificate Validation Document (For Institutes, Corporations, Courses and Individuals)
Graduates from the European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation accredited institutions or from institutions of education holding an equivalent accreditation (approved by the EAHEA) may ensure and demonstrate that their education certificate and earned credits are considered to be bona fide and accredited according to the European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation standards by requesting an EAHEA Certificate Validation Document. The EAHEA Certificate Validation Document also specifies the total credits earned and their equivalency.
What Is The Certificate Validation Document From EAHEA?
The European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation (EAHEA) is interested in assisting individuals to validate their specializations, validate their certificates and recognize earned credits on an international scale. To this end we have prepared a certificate validation procedure that will certify the credit and specialization equivalency of any certification earned at any of the EAHEA accredited institutions. This certificate validation document will also endorse the external quality review of the specialization, institution and program of study.
The European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation considers this certificate validation document service to be an important and constructive process to facilitate the acceptance of the specializations and credits earned from our accredited institutions.
Note that accreditation is a voluntary and non governmental process. No accreditation in the world can provide automatic acceptance and degree validation of the credits earned at other institutions, nor does it guarantee the acceptance of graduates by employers. Acceptance of students or graduates is always the prerogative of the receiving institution or employer.
What Are The Benefits Of The Certificate Validation Document?
You will receive an international certificate validation document issued by the European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation that will state the following information:
- Your full name
- Verification of the certificate and specialization earned
- Verification of the total credits corresponding to this certificate and specialization
- Verification of the credits composition in hours of study
- Certification of the credits equivalency
- Assurance that the educational institution is meeting the EAHEA education quality standards
The EAHEA certificate validation may be useful for the global acceptance of the specializations and credits by employers, professional associations, other institutions, distance learning centers, colleges or universities.
Who May Obtain A Certificate Validation Document From EAHEA?
The European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation may validate specializations and certificates from the following educational providers:
1. EAHEA Accredited Institutions:
The certificate validation document may exclusively be issued to students who have completed a program of study in any of the EAHEA accredited institution while the accreditation status remains valid. If your institute is not included in the list, you may recommend them to consider getting the European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation accreditation.
2. Institutions Holding an EAHEA Equivalent Accreditation:
This accreditation equivalency will be determined by the European Agency For Higher Education and Accreditation after the application for a certificate validation is submitted by a graduate of such institution of education.
Legalization of the Certificate Validation Document:
The EAHEA Validation Services may be legalized the "Certificate Validation Document" with the Hague Convention Apostille or with a Consulate Legalization as appropriate. The EAHEA Secretary may take care of the corresponding legalization process. The EAHEA Secretary may use or hire the necessary agents or intermediaries required to complete the legalization process of any of EAHEA Validation Services. To order any legalization the applicant must send a request in writing to the EAHEA Secretary. The EAHEA Secretary will estimate a legalization budget (depending on the country legalization requirements) and communicate this to the applicant. All the fees required for the legalization process will be paid in advance to the EAHEA Secretary and are not subject to any refund.
