STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH BRAZILIAN INSTITUTE OF MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION

Brazilian Institute of Mediation and Arbitration (IBRAMAC) has become one of our strategic partners by reaching a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for reciprocal recognition with the EAHEA in September 2024.
We believe that we will take important and strategic steps together with Brazilian Institute of Mediation and Arbitration (IBRAMAC) in studies aimed at increasing the quality of education and accrediting educational institutions and programs in Brazil.
IBRAMAC is operating with excellence in the national and international market in the training of mediators and arbitrators in the extrajudicial sphere. IBRAMAC, through its Extrajudicial Mediation & Arbitration Chamber, is a private law, for-profit civil entity with registered offices at Rua Moisés Correia da Silva, 175, Boa Viagem, Zip Code: 51160-030 – Recife-PE. Its objectives are to promote and apply national arbitration as determined by Law No. 9,307 of September 23, 1996, Law No. 13,129/15, and international arbitration, according to the international treaties and conventions to which Brazil is a signatory, as well as mediation as established by Law No. 13,140/15, Resolution No. 125/2010 of the CNJ and its annexes, Law No. 13.105/2015 CPCB and negotiation as alternative consensual extrajudicial forms of dispute resolution and settlement, while also providing qualification, improvement, training, and education courses for mediators and arbitrators, professional and technical training, consultancy and academic extension.
